The sturdy design has large touch buttons for both speed (500 rpm increments) and timer (1 – 60 min.) settings. The bright and easy-to-read LCD display gives you the ability to see the speed and duration from further away. Capable of spinning specimens between 1,000 – 4,000 rpm, the sturdy base has a built-in safety feature that will not allow the lid to open while the rotor is in motion, and a beeping noise to indicate when spinning stops.
